9:30pm, PFC was dispatched for an auto accident with entrapment and fire on NB Rt 202 near the Cedar Hollow Rd overpass. MICU3-3 responded immediately and Lt3C (Totaro) requested additional resources due to the severity of the call, bringing Engine 5 (East Whiteland Fire Company) and MICU 4-1 (Malvern Fire Company). First arriving units confirmed two vehicles involved blocking all NB lanes, with one fully involved in fire, and all occupants self-extricated. Fire, EMS, PD crews worked together to treat patients, extinguish fire and secure hazards.

Special thanks to Fire Police units who responded to temporarily close NB 202 at Rt 29 and provide a safe work zone.
