Life Celebration of Oscar "Corkey" Cornelius.
Wed. Apr 23rd 2014

The Paoli Fire Company had another tough day.  After 36 years of membership, Corky's life was celebrated today in a memorial service held at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Frazer.  Members arrived at the station early in there Class A uniforms, and gave Corky his last ride on Engine 3-1, transporting him from the station to his church.  Members lined up, and saluted Corky as he was carried to his life celebration.  Members supported his family and friends and each other. We gathered and prayed for healing for the firehouse and for his friends and family.  Our days will never be the same with Corky's absence but we will support each other and most importantly support and serve our community with pride, and honor.
