Pheasant Hill Ln Dwelling Fire.
Fri. Feb 6th 2015

PFC was alerted for a house fire on Pheasant Hill Ln in Tredyffrin Township. Due to multiple reports of a signficant fire, the call was upgraded to a second alarm plus additional tankers for water supply. On arrival, units encountered heavy fire throughout the attic and second floor of a large two-story farm house. Despite challenges presented from limited apparatus access and no hydrants in the immediate area, crews from mutiple local fire companies worked together to bring the incident under control. While the house did sustain significant damage, no injuries to civilians or responders were reported. PFC would like to thank crews fromBerwyn Fire CompanyMalvern Fire CompanyEast Whiteland Fire Company, Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Co., Kimberton Fire Company, Tredyffrin Police & Chester County Fire Marshals for responding. Also, thanks to Newtown Square Fire Company and Goshen Fire Company EMS for covering the local (including a vehicle accident) while the company was operating at the fire.
